Clinical Director/Practice Owner
Moshe is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs across the lifespan. His path into the field began unexpectedly in high school through volunteer work with The Friendship Circle, OHEL/Bais Ezra, and YACHAD—experiences that inspired him to shift from a planned career in law to one focused on helping others. After earning his degree in psychology from CUNY Queens College and completing graduate training in behavior analysis, Moshe gained extensive experience across settings including early intervention, in-home ABA, group homes, Out-of-District schools, and adult programs. His work has spanned both direct care and clinical leadership, from supporting individuals hands-on to overseeing programs as a clinical director.
Moshe believes that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is not a therapy in itself, but a framework for understanding behavior and teaching meaningful skills in a compassionate and effective way. His practice emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET), where learning takes place during everyday moments—whether brushing teeth, playing, shopping, or navigating transitions—so that skills are functional and lasting. Each program is tailored to the individual’s needs, interests, and pace, with goals designed to build independence, confidence, and quality of life. Collaboration with families and caregivers is central to his approach, ensuring consistency, empowerment, and real-world progress beyond sessions.
Through TE(A)CH Developmental and Behavioral Supports, Moshe provides therapy in the environments where children and families need it most—at home and in the community. Families are active partners throughout the process, from assessment to ongoing growth, with a focus on developing functional communication, social interaction, behavior management, and daily living skills. Caregiver coaching, transparency, and teamwork with other professionals help ensure therapy remains meaningful and effective. Guided by respect, compassion, and a commitment to evidence-based practice, Moshe’s goal is to help each person thrive and reach their fullest potential—one step at a time.
